to the Pagosa Strings music studio!
I'm Payton McIntyre, a passionate Suzuki trained based out of Pagosa Springs, Colorado, dedicated to sharing the joy of music with students of all ages. I teach violin, viola, cello and upright bass. My teaching method stems from the Suzuki philosophy that through a nurturing environment ANYONE can learn to play an instrument. Just as they learned their primary language, students in my studio use listening, modeling/copying, and positive repetition to hone their craft.
